Workout log 6/7/04
Pre Workout Notes:
Didn't have much energy today plus I wasn't on Amy's schedule so I made up my own workout and kept it light.
Workout
5 minutes stationary bike
Stretch
15 bench squats
15 crunches
15 leg raises
10 chest presses
10 handle touches
10 chest presses
10 handle touches
10 chest presses
10 handle touches
30 knee raises
5 minutes stationary bike
5 minutes elliptical trainer
Post Workout
Man, does the elliptical trainer make you work. You don't really feel it, but I was getting soaked towards the end. I'm on Amy's list for Wend and Thus since I'll be out of the office on Friday.
